On Monday I received my fliers from VistaPrint to make my brochures. Boo! They were printed incorrectly. The back side was reversed. I was scared to call their call their customer service because I've had mucho bad problems with Sprint's customer service and so now I'm just scared of call centers. I read VistaPrint's website and they're all about customer service and satisfaction, so I got up the nerve and made the call. The lady helping me was very friendly and got me all taken care of. I was so impressed! Basically, I didn't know how they did their printing, but the lady explained it to me and gave me a credit so I could try again. How awesome! That totally made my day. I have retried and am crossing my fingers they come in correctly this time around! They looked so good, aside from the error ;)
