Indie Emporium Year FIVE! Whoa. 09/30/2011 - 10/01/2011

I cannot believe it’s that time of year again...
Let the preparation for Indie Emporium 5 begin!

What is Indie Emporium, you ask?  It is an all handmade craft show (no pyramid schemes or Scentsy consultants here), but it doesn’t stop with just the show.  The two day event embraces the local community with a handmade fashion show featuring lovely local designers, live music, dyi presentations, make&take craft tables for the kiddos, snacks (this there will be alcohol this year, too - oh yes!) and an info booth so you can find out how to join us with your own craftiness!  It’s kind of a big deal here in the great city of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This year we’re switching up the location and unloading our crafty wares at the Living Arts of Tulsa, located at 307 East Brady in Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.  This building is awesome, not to mention it’s a perfect fit for us artsy crafters.

Since the show’s second year, I’ve had the opportunity and honor of creating graphics for IE.  It’s pretty cool to see how each year has changed while still maintaining the same fundamentals.  In honor of year 5, I’d like to share with you the past 3 years’ designs (plus this year's design again too, just for comparisons!).

Pretty neat, eh?

You always do such a great job with the IE graphics, but this year really stands out! It's awesome to see how you've grown and evolved as an artist over the years. Also, can I just say that I am SO excited about the new venue?! This year is going to be amazing!
